The WeezCut cobot combines a collaborative arm and an ergonomic controller. Offering an outstanding flexibility, it enables you to cut various shapes on both small and large parts. The cobot is compatible with all cutting processes (plasma, oxy-fuel cutting, etc.).
The catalog of trajectories includes linear cuts, circular cuts and saddle cuts with variable beveling for tube-on-tube branching.

Collaborative robotic arm
WeezCut incorporates a collaborative robotic arm designed to interact smoothly with cutting operators. Its operation is intuitive and does not require specific training. It ensures safe assisted cutting operations. We have chosen the Fanuc CRX series for its recognized build quality. WeezCut is compatible with the entire CRX range.
Vision system
Our compact camera allows operators to visualize the cutting process in real time and make necessary trajectory corrections while benefiting from unprecedented operational comfort. The image processing ensures clear vision before, during, and after cutting. The recorded videos can be used for traceability or training purposes.
Mobile support
WeezCut is assembled on a mobile, lightweight and easy-to-move stand, allowing for quick setup in your workshops. This flexible support enables use without safety barriers, ensuring assisted cutting with complete mobility. If required, we also offer customization of the support to fit your specific environment : the robot can be installed on a fixed station, mounted on walls or ceilings, and more.
Programming and control via the WeezTouch joystick
With an easy and intuitive handling, the interface joystick allows for quick definition of cutting trajectories.
Thanks to the video feedback, it also enables monitoring of the operation and real-time adjustment of the cut if needed.
